This luxurious 1930s boathouse has pine
cathedral ceilings, original hardwood floors, wet bar, bathroom
with separate shower stall, two person whirlpool tub in front
of the fireplace, king sleigh bed, air-conditioning and double
doors that open onto a deck with a western exposure right
over the water.
